How to contribute to addressing challenges faced by farming systems

We are pleased to announce the PhD course “Systems Thinking in Practice (STiP) in PhD Research” that will start on 28th June and will run until the end of the 15th European Farming Systems Conference (4th July 2024)

Interested candidates should send an email to Ika Darnhofer in which they briefly describe (100-150 words) their background and what they expect from the course, i.e. how might it contribute to their research.

The course design draws on tried and tested ways of experiential learning, and it covers 4 ECTS.

Max. 25 PhD students can attend the course, based on a first-come first-served basis while considering diversity, esp. gender and geography.
